"Hotel smells like Indian spices. Broken Amenities. In the breakfast menu Entrée are kept behind the shelf and there is a lady who remains hidden in the kitchen and comes out once in a while to ask if anyone needs anything. Bad tasting coffee. It still somehow manages to get good ratings on Expedia. But how? I would have never chosen this hotel if it matches to its actual rating which should be no more than 5. But somehow it has a rating of 7.8"

"The most thing I was impressed was the check in staff!!! The lady call Jessy was extremely helpful and kind!!! Everything was perfect!!! My family and I had an amazing vacation!!! The towels were new and very clean!!! Also the water park well maintained!!!"

"Place was very clean. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Good WiFi and comfortable bed. “Breakfast” was just bagels, muffins and coffee. Not what I was expecting and a little disappointing. "

"Fine for 1 night; but not sure if I would stay longer. Property was under maintenance and back parking lot seemed a bit sketchy. Tiny fitness room had broken glass on the floor. Staff was friendly but asked many more questions than usual at check in (could be because someone was training though). 2/3 of the outlets in the room didn’t work and one that did had a fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged into it (not exactly the safest). Breakfast was fine but was a bit on the cheaper side with options and they seemed very concerned about people taking food from it. I also had to send them a reminder I checked out at 9am that day when they followed up with me later in the evening asking when I was leaving. Room was clean and convenient. Parking above was fine and many amenities around. So just ok."

"We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this. The pool was great we enjoyed. We were in the area for an event which is why we chose to stay here. "

"This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past midnight. The room felt extraordinarily clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I could copy and paste this hotel and its staff to everywhere I will ever travel- no joke."
