The pool was a welcome respite from the Naypyitaw heat and the gym was well stocked with equipment. Throughout the hotel the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a small problem with my laptop and Mr Zin Ko at Reception even called Yangon to speak to a techie about my issue. With his help my laptop was in use again and I was very grateful. I found all the staff went the extra mile and everyone wore a smile. One of the girls at Reception had a birthday and went around giving everyone chocolates.
