Mini-market non-stop at 1 minut by step and Lidl supermarket at 10 minutes by step. Many restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, fun park for kids and adults, around. Parking available nearby the building. The guests are practically on the beach and they will need only 1 minute by step from the building's exit, to arrive at the beach, that is in the front of the building.
