Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process and communication, which could have been smoother and more responsive. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.
