With capacity for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in a typical urbanization of stone houses, just 350mts from the gondola lift access to the ski resort. The rental includes a ski locker under the gondola lift to be able to do this route with street shoes. With a terrace for private use, ideal for children's relaxation and which makes this property also ideal for stays all year round. Distributed over 4 floors. The access is usually from the communal parking of the urbanization. The first thing we find at this point is a large unused room and a bathroom and laundry room. Going up the stairs, at half height we find the main entrance of the property, which gives access to the enclosed courtyard of the urbanisation, ideal for children's games. On the main floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and built-in kitchen. This room has access to a small terrace - approximately 20m2 - for private use. The first floor of bedrooms, with two bathrooms, two double rooms and a room with two bunk beds.
