Luderna - Apartamento Tanau A1 Esquirós

Located in the high part of the Aran Valley, at what is known as 1,700 m above sea level. In the Tanau housing development, from where one of the ski lifts to the Baqueira ski resort starts.

With capacity for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the Tanau A1 flat is distributed on a single floor; with hall, living-dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

Parking is in the streets of the urbanisation itself, accessible only to those who are staying there. There is no parking space available.

In the autumn of 2020, renovation works have been carried out in the house. Modifications in the kitchen, replacement of the mattresses, change of the TV for a new smart TV, painting works and changes in the decorative clothing of the house.

These works carried out by our team of Luderna Design give a renewed and current air to the house.
