In der Ferne hört man das Krähen eines Hahnes und manchmal das Wiehern eines Pferdes aus dem nahe gelegenen Gestüt. Es gibt eine gute Verkehrsanbindung per Autobahn oder per Regionalverkehr nach Berlin. Die Wohnung ist modern und solide eingerichtet, optisch sehr ansprechend.
