"Room was decorated with old time cowboy paintings, very eclectic. Everything was very clean. There really aren’t any amenities, like pool, hot tub, or onsite breakfast to rate. My only complaint is that room cleaning is by request only and they leave an envelope in the room for a tip for this service… Otherwise the stay was good. Walls are thin, so be conscious of that. We only were here for a couple nights. It wouldn’t be a good place for longer stays, but worked great for what we needed."

"Coho cabin at Rogue reserve was incredible! The cabin is newly remodeled and the property is peacefully beautiful. We sat outside in the evening watching the salmon in the Rogue river. Ryan and his family are wonderful, everything we needed was in the cabin and they even brought us homemade backed goodies. It is an incredible place in Oregon."

"Enjoyed walking on the trails, we had some wildlife visitors. I like to check the birds in the area in my Merlin app and found 6 new birds in the area. The house was beautiful and everything the same as advertised."

"The house was very clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was also very convenient, being close to local attractions, groceries and restaurants. The only thing that might bother some people is the noise from passing traffic, but it didn’t bother me that much. One downside is the host’s strict requirements regarding check-out at the end of the stay, especially since a $150 cleaning fee is included in the price."

"The exterior was covered in spider webs. The interior also had spider webs in several areas. Window seals were packed with dead bugs. When I reached out to the host about either sending someone or we offered to clean if given 1 nights refund and we we're told the YMCA takes care of the exterior and the host lives an hour away. I was denied my request for a 1 night refund to clean. When we went to use washer and dryer there was a load of towels still in the dryer and when we went to use the dishwasher it was also full with a load of dishes. The sprinklers ran a lot making it hard to use the yard for games or just relaxing."

"This is a beautiful property and we had a great guest experience. There were 16 of us. Lots of room both indoors and out! We spent most of our time outside on the amazing porch. There were plenty of outdoor chairs, horseshoes, a fire pit with benches, an outdoor grill, a creek…. Also tons of room for cornhole and parking. Perfect for our outdoor family. We also very much appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and supplies that were available. Close to Crater Lake, which is stunning. We also went to the Museum nearby and learned a few things!"

"We loved that the property was so close to Crater Lake and had enough space for our larger party. There was a very helpful binder with the house and area info. We did a very nice short hike to view waterfalls only 15 min from the property. We would definitely stay here again!"
