Clean pleasant room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. I only ate there once but it was late the food was good and the service excellent. There is a store and a pharmacy practically next door and a great cafe around the corner. (Miga Cafe). It quickly felt like my home away from home. Highly recommend it. Dont expect fluent English. Learn some Spanish. You will be glad you did.

I keep coming back to this hotel. Excellent staff, lap pool, walking distance to El Batán Park where I can run, desk long enough for two people, just ask for an extra chair.

great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.
