Cristobal, family and team were always acommodating, and hard working. They have great customer service, they are very conscious about sanitary practices yet they made you feel so welcome recommending places to visit, go eat, etc. They helped me to prepare for tours, like packing food, bringing water, etc. One day my agency by mistake left without picking me up, Cristobal immediately arranged a fantastic alternate tour to take advantage of the day! The front desk staff was excellent: friendly, welcoming and very helpful in getting our group of 4 oriented in town. Room was adequate. Breakfast typical but good. Staff arranged an early breakfast on the day we needed to depart prior to usual breakfast hours.
