It was very clean and plenty of light in rooms. But above all the staff was great. They were helpful with the plans I was making for tours and getting from place to place. Everything was within walking distance.

Sweet spot in Puerto Natales

Pleasant hostel 10 minute walk from restaurants and shopping. Checkin was quick. English spoken. Staff really friendly.Very comfortable 1st floor room was decent size. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Cold and rainy outside. Plenty of room for luggage and getting organized. Slept well both nights. Bathroom was small but worked well. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was nothing over the top, but eggs to order, coffee, tea, juices, sweets, meats, cheeses and toast were quite enjoyable. Pear juice was very good. Awesome help in planning trips to Torres del Paine and El Calafate. Plenty of parking available on the street. Quiet neighborhood.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, modern, very clean and comfortable rooms and nicely situated in Puerto Natales. Our hosts gave us great advice for local cycling, and even helped recover a misplaced cell phone late one evening -- wonderful service that went way above and beyond expectations! Thank you for a wonderful stay in the Hostal Camino de Santiago!!

Wonderful hotel in Puerto Natales

We stayed here before and after our W trek in Patagonia for a total of 6 nights. The hotel is beyond excellent. Jose is extremely kind and helpful with all sorts of questions and goes out of his way to help us. I really like the rustic rooms. The bed is huge and comfortable and the shower is strong with good water pressure. His hotel helps to organize day trips as well and i would have booked with him if i had known that earlier. Truly a gem and will definitely return here again !

Stayed for a total of 4 nights. 2 before the o trek. 2 after. Both times in shared rooms. Very nice and well kept facilities. The brekky is good, wifi is fast, bathrooms are clean. The staff are excellent and were able to point out key areas of the town. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

Best stay! Owners are great!

This is the best hostal I have stayed at! Exceptionally clean, excellent breakfast, walking distance from bus station and to downtown, and best of all, the service was incredible. Owners Jose and Paula, and also Cristina, were so very kind amd helpful. I was able to book my bus ticket to Torres Del Paine through them, as well a get a bunch of tips on the area and what to do. I stayed a total of 3 nights, was so happy to have chosen this place! I am a clean-freak amd everything here looks brand new. Make sure to ask for a towel for showering at tje front desk.

Grosse, helle Zimmer mit gutem Wifi

Grosse, helle Zimmer mit schönem Bad, guter Dusche und bequemem, grossem Bett. Die Hosts waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir haben die Zeit da sehr genossen. Das Wifi ist auch super! Frühstück war lecker.

Fantastic place to stay

We had an amazing time in Puerto Natales,and Jose Maria is an amazing host. We have been traveling for 4 months and I can honestly say, he is the best host I have yet to meet! He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, made proactive recommendations on what we should do, helped facilitate anything we needed, and he did everything with a great smile and friendly attitude. It was truly a breath of fresh air staying here, and I really appreciate all his hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here and would certainly do so again!

Hostal novo oferece exatamente o q vc precisa

Trata-se de um Hostal novo, planejado para atender necessidades dos viajantes, conforme a própria experiência do proprietário. Ele serve perfeitamente aos viajantes que fazem de Puerto Natales base para visitação a Torres del Paine: quarto de bom tamanho, com calefação e Wi-Fi, espaço suficiente para acomodar bagagem, cama confortável e chuveiro com água quente. Tudo simples e bem feito. Além disso, faz muita diferença o atendimento do proprietário, desde a indicação de pontos de interesse na cidade, como também no agenciamento de excursões ao parque e reserva de locação de veículos. Decidindo hospedar-se no Hostal, recomendo contato por e-mail ou WhatsApp com o proprietário para obter todo tipo de informação, inclusive sobre deslocamento direto do aeroporto de Punta Arenas e sobre câmbio na cidade.
