"למעט בקבלה שהיתה פקידה היתה פקידה שלא הרימה את העיניים כלפי האורח, שאר אנשי צוות הקבלה היו נחמדים ושרותיים ביותר. בנוסף היתה בעיה עם הפעלת מכונות הכביסה לאורחים הגיעו שני אנשי קבלה לסייע ובסוף הגיע מהביטחון ועזר לנו לתפעל את מכונת הכביסה ועל זה אני מודה וכל התדמית הראשונית השתנתה. תודה רבה."
