This is a two story Cape Cod style house located between the towns of Narrowsburg and Callicoon NY. Open concept layout on the main floor with new PB furniture for lounging. Great for hanging out & having dinner parties. Fully stocked kitchen, main floor laundry and bathroom. Spacious grounds to walk around and have a big bonfire (yes, even in the winter we light one). Outdoor grill. Tons of parking space. Explore the charm of the area which hosts tons of immersive cultural seasonal events.
