"I recently stayed at Macquarie Inn Dubbo for business. The room itself was clean and well-presented, which I appreciated. However, my stay was significantly impacted on the Monday night due to very loud music coming from the pub. The noise was so intense that my room was vibrating, and it continued until around midnight. As I was travelling for work, this made it very difficult to rest. While I understand that noise can occur from time to time, I was surprised there was no prior warning on arrival. When I raised the issue with reception, the response felt dismissive, and no support or solution was offered. My company frequently uses this accommodation, so this experience was disappointing. While the rooms are well maintained, clearer communication and a more responsive approach to guest concerns would greatly improve the experience."
