Reviewer Comments: The place is located at the top of the hill with an easy walk to the main street with access to good options for a meal. The view of Montague Island is great and the small balcony has an excellent aspect. It is set back a bit it on the property so there are some obstructions but it still feels open and the view really is a feature.The building itself is quite dated but the unit has been very well maintained with everything working fine with new appliances, it's the decor that needs an update. The bed was comfortable and overall it is quite spacious. The unit is quiet as the noise from the other units was minimal and there was no road noise.The big negative is the lack of WiFi which is staggering and speaks to a lack of recent investment in the property.
