My only small complaint would be that even though the windows are double glazed, because there is no a/C or ceiling fan in the bedroom, we had to have the window open for air & the noise from the pub next door can get a bit rowdy at closing time! The decor is a little outdated but functional and it would help if there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms for those hot nights. Unfortunately we had to buy a kettle as there was none provided, having a baby this was a necessity. The heater also didn't work and instead of risking a $200 call out fee we also bought a heater. We've left these there for others to use.
