"The restaurant took almost 2 hours to bring our food and on top of this they double charged our credit card. The manager was very apologetic and assured us that the restaurant would cancel one of the transactions, but still after 5 days we have not received our money back."

"The Nebu Lodge cancelled our reservation and we were not allowed to stay at their hotel. We called to confirm on the afternoon of our reservation and were advised that they had no space available and that they had notified us by email on Saturday.
