Located in a charming village, a haven of peace on the banks of the Canal du Loing, offering many walks or bike rides (bikes provided) * Beautiful house fully equipped for 9 people and 2 babies, in the heart of the village of Nargis. A country village where you can recharge your batteries for a weekend or more * with friends or family.
Gîte with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. 2 prices according to the number of bedrooms required. 4 Double beds 160/200 + 1 Single bed 90/200 + 2 Umbrella beds .
Spacious, bright and totally independent, fully-equipped house for cocooning or enjoying the 900m2 enclosed garden with its covered pergola; a beautiful outdoor space for lunching, dining or lounging... a lounge area at the bottom of the garden and a swing that will also delight children. Lovely views and direct access to the Canal and its little Port.
In winter, we offer you a first Flambée on a pellet stove, so you can enjoy a stop in time as soon as you arrive. In summer, you can swim or walk in the water. Enough to recharge your batteries.
Numerous options available: Bikes for all ages available, Board games, Children's games and toys, Barbecues, Flat-screen TV, Wifi Internet available, DVD player, Xbox 360, Books, Comics ... Bakery and leisure park 5 minutes' walk away.

Nous avons passé 5 jours au gîte. Réservation dernière minute que nous ne regrettons vraiment pas. Très proche de Paris, grande maison très bien équipée (que ce soit pour les adultes ou les enfants) & très propre. Très bon emplacement proche du canal, des aires de jeux et sport, des commerces. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer et profitez de la campagne pas trop loin de Paris, ne pas hésiter. Les propriétaires sont également au top! 😁
