It is located near the pond where you can swim, go windsurfing, fish for excellent sea bream or simply admire the magnificent Canigou on the horizon, while relaxing under a beautiful sun by the river. water. The real beach is only a five minute walk away, so there is no need to take the car to get there. Personne très sérieuse et souriante. Elle gère parfaitement les arrivées et les départs et s'adapte à nous très facilement pour les heures d'arrivée et de depart. Les propriétaire que nous avons eu a plusieurs reprises au téléphone sont vraiment très sympathique et agréable. Pour se qui est de la maison elle est parfaitement située et correspond en tout point a la description faite sur le site Abritel. Il ne manque rien dans la maison, on s'y sent bien. Elle est propre, idem pour la literie qui est très confortable. Elle est assez grande pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Le voisinage est très calme. Elle est située au bord du lac et a 500m de la plage. Das Objekt sieht exakt wie auf den Fotos aus und ist gut ausgestattet. Fehlendes Wlan hat uns nicht gestört und die sehr heißen Nächte konnten wir mit mitgebrachten Ventilatoren im Hochsommer gut aushalten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Grill auf der Terrasse machen Freude bei der Selbstverpflegung. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern hatten wir massig Platz und nutzten ein Zimmer gar nicht. Direkt an der Terrasse befindet sich der Salzsee an dem schöne Sonnenuntergänge genossen werden können. Der Strand ist per Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Buchungsprozess und Kommunikation war super - auch die Betreuung vor Ort klappte direkt und bei kleineren Problemen wurde uns direkt und sehr gut geholfen. La maison correspond bien à l'annonce, en termes de standard, de niveau d'équipement et d'emplacement. L'emplacement de la maison permet de se déplacer à pied dans toutes les attractions de la ville. En voiture, nous avons pu explorer toute la région avec la maison comme base. Le propriétaire était gentil et serviable, et était toujours disponible par téléphone et par e-mail si nous avions des questions. Heureusement nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners sur la terrasse avec une température très agréable et un couché de soleil de toute beauté sur l’étang. D’où de superbes photos Le village des pêcheurs n’étant vraiment pas loin en voiture, nous avons pu faire une cure d’huîtres, crevettes, … en plateaux préparés sur commande. La maison est confortable . Elle est très bien agencée et très bien équipée (Les appareils ménagers sont complets et fonctionnent tous parfaitement) Nous avons apprécié les quatre chambres et la terrasse sous auvent qui permet de manger dehors midi et soir. L'environnement est calme et reposant. La contrepartie est qu'évidemment la voiture reste nécessaire sur place. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans le cadre d'un séjour familial.
