Quiet with superb view and 25 m. the arm of the sea (salt pond of Mateille - SWIMMING, canoeing, paddle and fishing), pretty terraced house for 2 adults and 2 children with veranda, beautiful terrace and 1 private parking space in residence closed by gate.
Entrance into living room with sofa and TV, fitted kitchen (vitro hob, microwave, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso).
A small bedroom with 1 bed in 160 and cupboard, a bathroom and separate wc.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds and closet.
Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms.
12 m² veranda and 18 m² terrace bordered by oleanders with parasol, garden furniture, electric plancha and direct access by gate to the arm of the sea.
Rental from mid June - 7 night minimum rental - NO WEEKEND RENTAL
Optional: end of stay cleaning - sheets rental - Internet connection
