Beaucoup d'espace, ça change des cases à lapins des résidences en général. On repire, l'intimité de chacun est respectée et il n'y pas de bruit ( pas de voisins au dessus et super insonorisation). Nous allons à Gruissan depuis 15 ans et nous n'avons encore jamais eu un tel appartement. La meilleure résidence de la station, incontestablement.
