About this property

Azure blue stopover

  • Ideally located in height in the scrubland and in a private domain, this building offers a breathtaking view of the ponds and the sea. 9 km of sandy beach are facing the field and accessible in 4 minutes by car or bike. You are 30 minutes from Spain and near the villages of Franqui and Leucate known for its many activities. The large terrace welcomes you with garden furniture, dining area and plancha this in front of the private pool secured by an alarm. Two hectares of scrubland surround the house. More than 270 m2 are at your disposal for the interior of the building and fully air-conditioned. The entrance of pavement consists of a large room with fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and hob. The rest of the room is dedicated to relaxation with TV and billiards. On the first floor 4 large bedrooms including a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are spacious and has a very large bathroom with shower 140 and bathtub.
    Baby accessories are at your disposal for baby.
    I am present on your arrival as well as throughout your stay to accompany you at best. A delivery service for your food purchases can be set up before your arrival. Feel free to contact me for more details.

Perfect break with a view

The house is very nice and spacious! The driveway is a bit steep and bumpy, but it wasn't a problem with our cars (lowered cars could be a problem)! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We've never had such a clean house before! Perfect!

Frederica was a wonderful host.The view from the villa is wonderful. You cannot hear any noise from the trains which run along the coast, and they add to the ever changing view.The facilities at the villa are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, eating dinner and playing in the pool.We will be back.

We had a brilliant time. The house was perfect for the 7 of us across a wide age range- spacious open plan living all the facilities we needed. Well appointed bedrooms. Quiet and with an exquisite unspoilt 360 vista and gorgeous pool.But the star of the show was Frederica, bottles of bubbly and wine on arrival and a warm welcome. She also went above and beyond in helping us getting a puncture repaired! We would have liked the option of a weekly clean and linen change but no hesitation in highly recommending

Ein sehr schönes komfortables und gut eingerichtet Haus mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick in einer ruhigen Lage. Ein großer Pool rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich nicht zögern einen weiteren Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Anwesen mit weitem Blicke über Salinen und Meer

Wir haben uns in dem sehr großen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war für 7 Erwachsene gut geeignet, für eine 8. Person wäre es in dem vierten Schlafzimmer zu eng gewesen. Von der Ausstattung her, war alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Toller großer Pool mit großartiger Terrasse. Geniale Lage, allerdings abseits, so dass man immer mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen fahren muss. Ideal, wenn man Natur und Ruhe sucht.

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Nicht weit vom Strand entfernt in sehr ruhiger Alleinlage liegt dieses atemberaubende Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, eine super Klimaanlage und eine schöner Pool mit Fernsicht über die Salinenbecken und den Strand. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und man kann dort direkt Parken. Bis zum Bäcker in La Palme sind es 4 km. Die Supermärkte in Port La Nouvelle sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Das Restaurant in der Saline ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Es war ein toller Urlaub, unsere Kinder (9,7,6 und 4 waren auch begeistert)

Tolle Urlaub, top Angebot

Das Haus ist top renoviert und mit sehr gutem Geschmack elegant und modern dekoriert. Die Küche ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet und in ausreichenden Mengen. Kühlschrank mit Eiskugeln, Crusch Eis oder einfach kühles Wasser perfekt. Küchengeräte alle von hoher Qualität. Die Klimaanlage wirde doch mal genutzt, es war eine angenehme Temperatur auch um zu schlafen. Schlafzimmer mit ausreichenden Einbauschränken bzw. extea Raum im Elterschlafzimmer. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und nicht weich wie so oft in Frankreich… Fernseher in jedem Zimmer mit französischen Programmen, bildet auch. Tolles Schwimmbad mit stabilen und guten Gartenmöbeln. Wassertemperatur und Sauberkeit auch dank regelmäßiger Reinigung der Vermieterin perfekt. Billard und Tischtennisplatte sorgten für sehr nette Spielabende.. Tolle Blick auf Salzbecken und Meer. Wir fanden die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Sehr sehr großes Grundstück mit Möglichkeit zu tollen Spaziergängen und Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns tolle Auskünfte gegeben. Danke Frédérica für diese tolle Zeit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La vue est à couper le souffle! (Piscine à débordement sur marées salants et garrigue) La maison est très belle, spacieuse et agréable. Elle est bien équipée, la literie est confortable. Nous étions déçus :(

Une très belle maison avec un bon contact initial avec la gérante/propriétaire. Nous voulions une maison au calme et un peu isolée car nous avons une adolescente 'à risque du Covid'. Les photos nous montraient la maison quasi sur la plage, au téléphone, la gérante m'a confirmé que c'était bien le cas, que nous étions dans un calme absolu. En bas de la maison il y a une route départementale avec un gros passage de camions et de voitures, un peu plus loin une voix ferrée avec plusieurs trains par jours... pas le calme imaginé! Les nuits n'étaient pas reposantes... Nous nous sommes servis de la piscine une fois car l'eau était froide- chauffer l'eau de la piscine pour la rendre utilisable justifierait un peu le prix de la location. La gérante est arrivée à la propriété pour arroser ses plantes alors qu'elle et sa famille étaient positif au covid- je n'ai pas compris sa démarche- je lui ai demandé de partir et que nous arroserions ses plantes... ceci nous a causé un stresse supplémentaire. Une très belle maison mais malheureusement pas les vacances que l'on espérait vu le prix que l'on a payé. Dès qu'on a essayé de discuter avec elle, elle nous invitait à trouver une autre location- pas tout à fait pratique en plein mois d'Août à 5! Bref on a profité au maximum, belle région, belle plage mais attention aux vacanciers qui cherchent le calme, vous êtes en bordure de route.

La spacieuse maison, décorée avec goût, domine la plage et les salins. La vue est magnifique, la piscine est très grande et la page est à quelques minutes de voitures. Très belle prestation et un accueil au top. Sans doute ce qu’il y a de mieux dans ce secteur.

Magnifique villa

L’emplacement de la villa est unique. Sur la hauteur d’une colline, elle surplombe les marais salant. Aucun voisin dans un parc naturel . Cette maison de caractère et d’histoire est très spacieuse où chacun à son espace. Un lieu de détente assuré en famille et entre amis . La piscine est à la mesure de la maison. Au surplus, la propriétaire est charmante et toujours disponible.

es war ein angenehmes Haus mit starkem Wind.

Das Haus ist schön und weitläufig. Der nahezu ständige Wind machte die Nutzung der Terasse und des Pools nur bedingt möglich.
