Vue jolie ,appartement passable

L'appartement à un canapé lit confortable. La très petite chambre est équipée de deux lits gigognes assez étroits convenant plus à des enfants qu'à des adultes. La douche débordait à chaque douche car l'évacuation était très très lente. La petite terrasse est agréable avec la vue sur la lagune. On est à 20 mètres de la petite plage,à proximité du port. Très jolie promenade le long de la mer.

Le prix est en adéquation avec l'appartement. Point négatif : les lits, pas du tout confortables et manque de place pour ranger les affaires. Point positif : 100m de l'étang du Grazel, très proche des commerces et le soir beaucoup d'animations.

Studio gruissan

Studio vétuste et sale , certes l’emplacement est plutôt sympa , accès direct à la plage depuis la résidence et un grand parking , mais le studio n’est pas entretenu, barrière du balcon qui manque de lâcher, prises de courant qui ne tiennent plus , étagères de placards cassées, poignées de meuble arrachées.....forfait ménage inclus dans le prix ???? J’ai nettoyé et désinfecté pendant 1h30 à notre arrivée. Assez déçus....

Logement vétuste !

L'appartement est très bien situé , balcon et vue plutot agréable. Logement sale a notre arrivée (sable un peu partout ) salle de bain immonde ( moisie + sable + odeur de wc publique) ,douche bouchée . Dommage !
