Pendeilo Villa makes the perfect base for families who are looking for the tranquility of a rural setting whilst still being just a short drive from the busy harbour towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot. The ground floor comprises of an open plan country kitchen and dining room finished to the most comfortable standard and the perfect setting in which to unwind and relax with family and friends. The lounge has comfortable seating to kick back and relax in-front of the large flat screen TV, there is also a bedroom conveniently set on ground level with a double bed. On the first floor straight ahead you will find the beautifully presented master bedroom boasting a King sized bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. A second King sized bedroom is also found on the this floor and a double room. The final bedroom is a comfortable sized bunk bed room. A family bathroom containing a bath perfect to soak in after a long day of exploring Pembrokeshire is also located here. Within the garden there is a full size hot tub to soak away your worries and a BBQ with outdoor seating in addition to a generous off road car parking area with plenty of room for two or more vehicles. Pendeilo Villa is very close to many popular tourist attractions Pembrokeshire has to offer including Colby Woodland Gardens. The only downside was the position of the accommodation in terms of accessing the village of Amroth and Beach, the roads were difficult to walk due to the narrowness of them. It was not possible to walk with young children, so had to drive down. Also, there was no information about recyling our waste. Particularly food waste. There was no holiday information from other guests who have stayed, leaflets or information about the area. However, we had a wonderful time and managed to travel to other resorts and events. ##### Irene N. Best points: Nice size bedrooms all doubles and lovely size main bedroom with en-suite. kitchen modern units and nice hot tub. However there were quite alot of negatives and these should be looked at by the owner/holiday let company. The kitchen oven was dirty, Bbq was absolutely disgusting caked in fat so could not have used this at all, curtains which you see when u get to the house should be binned as so poor and makes house on first impression not good at all and scruffy. Main bedroom with en-suite stank of dogs pee so looked at the shower plug and this was disgusting full of hair and scum so obviously not cleaned for a long time so management called and this was replaced with a new one but it still stunk of pee, this was probably due to dogs peeing on cushion flooring, the lounge was overlooked by a small cabin let which gives you no privorcy at all ! This was practically in the garden of this house which was a big let down and would have liked to have known this as would not have booked this house. Would like to know where the sea view was as this was not visible anywhere? There was old paint and junk in cupboards, lounge chairs old and not big enough for a family, stair carpet near top stair was away from the grippers and could have easily have caused an accident with one member heavily pregnant and a small baby in arms this should be addressed ASAP. The management when called answered the phone quickly. Will not be recommending at all ##### Paula C.
