For a superior, luxurious break, treat yourself and family, friends or colleagues, to a stay in the beautiful Hill House Country Estate, situated on the outskirts of Narberth, within the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park.
This large, opulent property is finished to the very highest of standards and offers superb accommodation for up to 12 guests (13 on request). The property is located in the pretty village of Princes Gate, the birthplace of Wales’ multi- award-winning bottled mineral water. The house majestically resides amongst the most beautiful of gardens and the private meandering driveway offers you an area with ample parking.
You enter Hill House Country Estate into a large and spacious hallway. To your left you will find a beautifully appointed dining room with high ceilings and a fireplace. In the next room you find a light and colourful living room with large windows and a large flat screen TV. Next you have the drawing room, the perfect place to sit and read a book or do a painting, this room faces out to the large patio and garden area. (Please note: The gardens are not enclosed for dogs).
Next on offer on the ground floor is a utility and kitchen/diner. Here you will find all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen has large doors opening out onto the patio and hot tub area. The kitchen offers a large dining table that opens up to seat up to 13 guests, a breakfast bar, wine cooler, two dishwashers, a double oven and two hobs to make cooking easier. Leading off the kitchen in one direction you have a wet room and in the other direction two WC’s and sinks.
Heading up the wide staircase you will find yourself in an alluring hallway with an area of stained-glass ceilings with each bedroom individually decorated. The first bedroom is a King-sized bedroom, this offers an en-suite with shower. The next room, a bunk room which offers an en-suite with shower and a small desk. The next bedroom is grand with a Super King bed, large flat screen TV, sitting area and an old fire place and views overlooking the grounds. The next bedroom is the Master, offering a Super King bed, seating, ensuite with a large shower and views over the gardens. The next bedroom although slightly smaller than the others still offers a Super King bed, ensuite with shower and views overlooking the garden. The last bedroom offers a King-sized bed and en-suite with bath and overhead shower.
Hill House Country Estate also offers you a very large and beautiful garden. Here you can jump in the hot tub, picnic, play games on the lawn or just simply relax.
There is no shortage of storage areas and additional facilities to make your stay at Hill House Country Estate as comfortable and carefree as possible, and no attention to detail - even to the most minutia of aspects - has been overlooked.
This entire property boasts a plethora of interesting nooks and crannies, carefully and sensitively renovated to capture both the historic context of Hill House Country Estate and the highest possible standards in materials and finishes throughout. Hill House Country Estate is quite simply the finest of rental properties to be presented in Pembrokeshire, and a stay here promises to be the most special experiences imaginable.
Pembrokeshire has many stunning and award-winning beaches, quaint harbours and historic towns and castles. There are many walks to be found on the miles of coast path where you can stumble across hidden and secluded coves, or for the younger members there are many family attractions nearby such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor Park Wildlife Zoo, Heatherton Activity Centre or the Dinosaur Park.
Please be aware that there will be a £50 charge if the hot tub needs to be emptied and refilled as a result of not adhering to the hot tub guidelines during your stay.

Booked at short notice for all 12 of us to attend a tragic funeral.
Only criticisms were shortage of cooking utensils, lack of food processor and generally old and poor pots and pans.
Also the hot tub was too hot and we couldn’t get it cooler.
Otherwise, lovely house and grounds.
