It\`s fully equipped with everything that you can think off. Less than a mile to the beach, bikes, girl, patio and much more. Superhost with over three hundred, five-star reviews will make your stay memorable. Welcome :) Totally private but we are available when needed. So close to everything so you can Bike, even walk. Also Uber UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT - In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11 AM. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100\. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the HOST. Gatherings and Parties are strictly forbidden. Unauthorized Gatherings and parties will be penalized with $300\. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund. \- UNAUTHORIZED PETS - Even though we understand pets are part of the family, unfortunately, pets are now allowed. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $75 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto. There were two bicycles available for us and it was a safe area for riding around. Furnishings, appliances, kitchen equipment were all excellent. Owner was very responsive. For example, we asked about helmets for bicycling and he had two delivered to us. It is possible to walk to Vanderbilt beach, but it is a long walk. Better to drive and park in the garage that is one block from the beach.
