INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. It was spotlessly clean, and Miki was easy to communicate with. The casita was very comfortable with new everything, TVs in every room, and plenty of closet space. From the time we got there to the time we left 5 days we enjoyed the house. Very comfortable and totally accessible for wheelchair users. Only draw back is the front door opens outwards.
