It was convenient not to have to go to the store for these items, and the owner was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose during our stay, which we appreciated. The decor of the house was simple and minimalistic, which added to the clean and uncluttered feel of the space.The house is marketed as a "Brand New Home." Keep in mind it was built in 2021, and it is part of a small street with 3-4 other newhomes. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the beach chairs were a great touch for heading to the beach. The Wi-Fi was good, and the smart TVs made streaming easy, which was a nice convenience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided.Our biggest concern, however, was the neighborhood. The listing describes it as "up and coming," but it’s still very much in the early stages of revitalization. The area includes older trailers, and one trailer's front door overlooks the pool area, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy, especially for our teen girls using the pool. The property was impeccable, anything that we could have needed was there. The pool was amazing, especially the shallow end for the little ones. The patio area was so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped with all new and beautiful items. We can’t wait to return - it was fantastic! The pool is a dream, as well as the back porch. We loved the proximity to downtown, celebration park and botanical gardens. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone plenty of privacy. Ample beach chairs and the use of 2 bikes was a nice plus. I would just add a bluetooth speaker for music. A+ accommodations and Meto was a very responsive Host! ##### Britt B. It is well equipped with all the essentials! We were in for a tradeshow at Marco Island and this was the perfect place for us.
