* 30 day minimum stay. February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are due 30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Las Brisas are: $150 application fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

2024 Stay at Spanish Wells Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! We stayed for the month of March and enjoyed our unit! It was clean, spacious, and so convenient to all our favorite beaches, shopping, and restaurants. My husband golfed frequently at Spanish Wells course and enjoyed it every time. Our lanai looked out on the golf course and we enjoyed many pleasant afternoons and evenings enjoying the view. We are very happy that we will be returning to this same unit and same community in March of 2025.

Filthy/Trashy/Broken

Found condo: Filthy thru out - Floors grimy; glasses/dishes filmy; appliances dirty; pillows, mattress and linen stained. Trashy - Others' clothes on floor and shelf in walk in closet; leftover flooring in guest closet; patio chairs and tables in master bedroom; wrappers, dryer sheets, plastic bottle, other stuff under bed. Broken - Air conditioning not cooling; Garbage disposal not working; Toilet seat cracked; Refrigerator needs servicing i.e. water discharge not working and freezer light flickering. Initial basic supplies, such as, toilet paper, soap bars, dishwasher soap, hangers, etc. to get stay started needs addressed. Property manager, Realty Group of Southwest Florida, needs to accept accountability for condition of property and address in more professional manner. They did not!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. It was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. We look forward to staying here again next year for the month of March. I did break one small yellow bowl, which was part of a set. I will reimburse the owner if she wishes. There was some leakage from the spigot and faucets in the main bathroom's spa tub. It was not a problem for us, but is something I think the owner would like to know. Thank you for sharing your unit with us!
