Important Rental Information

This is a seasonal residential rental with a minimum stay of 30 days. The community does not permit transient or hotel-style rentals and permits no more than two leases per calendar year.

Condo Association approval is required before occupancy. All adult occupants must complete the required Association application process and provide the necessary identification documents. The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the lease begins, and written approval must be received before occupancy.

Prospective tenants will receive the applicable community Rules and Regulations before submitting the lease application. All tenants and guests must follow the Association's community, pool, parking, and other applicable rules. No subletting is permitted.
