  • Building construction Starts (July 30–25 SEPT ). No work on my balcony, but expect some building noise." pool will be closed, Warm Florida sunshine and a dazzling view... beautiful Marco Island at its best. This two bedroom beachfront condo is all about luxury and convenience. The unit has been remodeled including granite counter tops and 2 full bathrooms.
    Beach equipment provided - cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, shovel, etc.
    Watch the dolphins go by .Both the master bedroom and the living area have access to the 22 foot balcony with the million dollar panoramic view of the ocean. All beach photos are taken from the balcony
    The complex features swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, . Nearby, enjoy fine restaurants, unique shops and nightly entertainment!

    Amenities: Full kitchen... dishes/utensils/cookware dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cart.Washer and dryer, linens and towels, cable TV, balcony, pool, tennis courts, Angler s, take out a charter... these waters are legendary for highly-charged sport fishing.
