It was a lovely and spacious home, we loved it. Beautiful kitchen with lots of counter space, a large outdoor sitting area with a good size pool-not for serious laps. We will be back again for sure.

Wedding stay
We rented this house for a family wedding in Naples. Needed a 3 bedroom and a work room house. The workroom had been turned into bunk bed room. Desk in living room. The house was not as clean as I would have expected for this price. The rug in the living room dirty. Glass Lights in kitchen with layers of dusts and kitchen fan sticky with grease. Back yard furniture filthy with black dust that left marks if you sat on them. Two of the chairs were broken. The door to the backyard handle partially broken. 105 N ave had MAJOR construction with a big piece of metal in the front lawn and the east side of the street completely dug up for the duration of our stay. Trucks, diggers and working crew from 7 AM to 5 PM it was very loud even in the back yard Wednesday through Saturday. VaCasa who manages the house very difficult to deal with. The door to the house does not fit correctly. The lock with a 10 digit code not easy to use we had to call repeatedly to enter the house. It was poring when we arrived . To use the pool you have to make a separate reservation 48-72 hr before you arrive. It takes 2-3 days to heat the pool. I did not see this at the end of an email and called the first morning. First told they could not accommodate us. Several phone calls later they did make an “exception” and allowed us to pay the full fee so we could use the hot tub which heats in 2 hrs. Access was electronic. No need to be difficult. We will avoid this agency in the future.

Nice house/Poor support service
The house is newly remodeled with nice furniture and accessories. The grill was filthy and the igniter did not work. There were no instructions for the cable system, the alarm, the pool/spa or anything else. Seeking help from Vacasa were met with promises but no action.
