Estimated construction noise to continue through the end of 2025.\*\*\* The Club #102 is a luxury condominium for the discerning guest. The Club 102 embodies the furnishings, appointments, and amenities of a 5 star hotel. The fully equipped kitchen sparkles in white with its quartz countertops and mother of pearl backsplash. The custom walnut/glass doors throughout allow the Florida sunshine to filter through. Bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling with marble/quartz countertops and custom walnut wood vanity's. The primary bedroom is inviting with custom tailored bedding, a king size bed, 46' flat screen TV, dressing table, walk in closet and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed. Utility room is equipped with front-load washer and dryer, plus a folding counter with hanging above. Den has a fold out sofa (double size), desk with fax, printer, copier, scanner and 46'' smart TV.
