Welcome to the Regatta! This 9th floor residence offers one of the most highly sought after floor plans at Regatta with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. With over 2000 sq.ft. of air conditioned space this property boasts breathtaking Gulf and Bay views from your living room, master bedroom as well as the kitchen. The Regatta is perfectly situated just over a block from Vanderbilt Beach and only minutes from county tennis courts and a short drive to top rated shopping at either the Mercato, Waterside Shops and Downtown Naples.
