Plenty of space for 5 adults and a young toddler, nice that a high chair and baby gate are at the house to use. We enjoyed nights out by the fire pit. Steep driveway but plenty of parking for 4 cars. Nice large dock for boat only downfall was that the water level was low (which we understand is a not in any control of the owner) made it difficult to park boat at the dock in shallow water but it was doable. The water had weeds in it and was pretty mucky so we did not swim at the property. Access to the main lake of Sebago is not far away so we would just boat out to swim, the channel to the main lake is narrow and very curvy but manageable.
