" If you are looking for a beautifully furnished beach house, you have arrived! No expense has been spared, and no detail has been overlooked in this two bedroom two bath condo. Enjoy the beach house ambiance with a separate outdoor kitchen overlooking a spectacular lake view on the 300 square foot lanai. Furnishings are brand new. Custom plantation shutters, new hardwood floors, new stainless appliances and furniture. This corner unit with lots of light also comes with its own garage. A half-ton truck can fit!! This condo has been stocked with every possible amenity a vacationer would need, and then some! THIS UNIT IS PET FREE. 30 Day minimum rentals only.  
  
Falling Waters is an amenity rich community with a lazy river, over-sized lap pool, library, clubhouse with dance floor, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. Also conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island.   
  
\*\*\*\*All interested parties are required to fill out a Condo Association application $200 USD, a lease agreement and provide photo copies of drivers license or passports for background checks $100 USD EACH ADULT. All which must be submitted to Association for approval 30 days before your arrival date.\*\*\*\*
