My Carribean style bedroom furniture, with new Serta hybrid mattress. New white cabinetry, with beautiful white Dolomite countertops, new plank flooring, and elegant new tile in baths,, LED lighting, trendy colors,and a screened lanai to watch the wildlife. Courtyard front entry, 1 car garage, Maytag washer and dryer. Calusa Bay has a clubhouse, social activities, Olde Florida Nature walkway, Resort style pool, tennis courts, library, and gym. Close to the beaches, many restaurants, Waterside Shoppes, Mercato, and Coastland Center Mall. 90 day minimum, but you wont want to leave. Not only could the location not be better but the place was amazing. The photos certainly don't do it justice. The amenities were more than what we were hoping for as well. We were able to ride our bikes to get to grocery and work. Super close to everything without feeling like you were in the middle of all the daily bustle. Brian was super kind and helpful and very responsive during our booking process. Our situation was a bit unique as we were booking for a work related trip.
