There is major construction going on across the street but that is in front of the building. The balcony in the rear of the bldg faces the water. They have a clean unit that has been well maintained. If they want to rent during this rebuilding phase I suggest they consider some incentives as the amenities were not avsilsblr. A few suggestions if I owned the unit. Fresh batteries at door lock, fix internet connection which was lost daily in master, garbage disposal, more coffee, possible optional shopping service plus fee to generate revenue, Good trip. Comfortable beds and furniture. The pools was under reconstruction as was most of the grounds, which contrary to what we were told to expect when we booked the room. The work appears close to being done and the pool area will be nice once the work is completed. The other challenge is the tremendous number of work trucks on the road to the condo. The Ritz Carlton Residences is a massive, loud project that detracted from the ambiance of the unit and building as a whole. ##### Russ H.
