It was a quick 5min walk each way everyday. Even with a 3 year old, this was simple and easy. The house and pool were lovely with ample space and always a nice reprieve after a long day on the beach in the sun. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout the week whenever we needed to reach out about anything which was few and far between. There were enough bath and beach towels for everyone with plenty to spare. There was also more than enough beach chairs, carts, toys, and more for our group of 10\. This was our 1st visit to Marco Island. The house is beautiful and the property was well maintained. Lots of living space for a large group. Property owner Nathan was very responsive, very accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the property both before booking and while at the house. Location is great and they had ample beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a wagon to transport items to the beach which was just a few blocks away. The 4th bedroom, while it did have a king size bed, it had a bunk bed over the top which was not convenient for adults to maneuver in and out of bed. But if you have a family with kids that set up would be great. The kitchen was well furnished, only recommendation would be to have a couple of larger frying pans. The pool/Lanai area was perfect, hot tub heated up quickly. It would have been nice to have lounge chairs available but there was plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor area. From the day I reserved it, Nathan was in contact, answering my questions and offering his help. The beach was very close, and the pool was a big hit. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone, and the beach buggy made it easy to haul everything to the beach. The best part of it all was the location! We were within walking distance of the beach and all the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds if we didn't want to. Great time.
