Naples paradise close to the beach and 5th Ave

  • Newly renovated, first time as the rental property, cozy house is waiting for you! House is 12 minutes away from beautiful Naples Pier and Naples 5th Ave and only 30 minutes away from Fort Myers Airport.
    House offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office space, and headed pool with salt system. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath , and access to the lanai. The kids bedroom has to full beds, and shared bathroom with guest bedroom. The guest bedroom a queen bed and designated office space. Two sliding glass doors from living room lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, dinning table with chairs and gas grill.
    High Speed Wireless internet is included!
