- Welcome to Naples Heritage 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo on the first floor of the gated community in Naples, Florida. The unit consists of:
Fully equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances Kitchen
Remodeled Master Bathroom
The second bedroom has a new Murphy Bed when storage allows the room to be used as a sitting room with recliner to rest, read p, watch TV, or even exercise.
Renters have access to heated pools, gym including exercise classes, Tennis Courts and brand new Pickelball courts and Bocce
The condo has a gorgeous views of pond, gazebo, bridge and the 6th fairway and green.
Assigned parking for 1 car, there are extra parking spots for 2nd cars
There are 3 streaming Tv’s1 is MBR 55 inches The other 2 are 65 inches all 4K Smart TV’s.
King sized Sleep number bed in Master BR that can adjust with remote
Towels, beach chairs in condo
Local Beaches are less than 20 minutes away without traffic
Application and fee $100 for local HOA and for Community Access one time fee $800 to the home association.
Gate Access Card will be arranged once renter checks in fee included with Community application.
