Beautiful single-family home in the lovely gated community of Saturnia Lakes. This community is very quiet and contains incredible amenities. The stand alone townhome itself is located within walking distance of the club house and once there, you'll find a huge community pool, tennis courts, rec room and putting green! This townhome was recently decorated by a designer and also has a 2-car attached garage. All home furnishings included. Location is 15-20 minutes from Vanderbilt beach and conveniently located to numerous other restaurants and shopping. BRAND NEW POOL W/ HOT TUB. New tenants MUST complete a application form which MUST be approved before moving into home. Application process takes up to 4 weeks! Thank you! 90-day minimum rentals only. Yearly leases is $3500/month.
