The house was amazing and comfortably accommodated all of us. Very clean and spacious and had all of the amenities anyone would want in a stay. The location was about 8-10 minutes to 5th ave and a short uber ride to anywhere else. Great stay overall and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Naples! ##### Michael T. This is the second time I've rented this house to host my mastermind retreat. Everyone loved the space. It's so cozy and there are so many places to hang out, have conversations, and relax! The crowd favorite is the private pickleball court!! Ledd and the team do a group job hosting and helping when anything needs attention. Top notch!I will mention that there are black bears in the area - and there was one that was hanging out around the property - it was a bit startling because I had no idea bears existed in southern Florida - but I was able to scare it away by making some loud noises. Phew! Overall - highly recommend this spot and we plan on being back next year. ##### Ryan K. I hosted a business mastermind for 7 people and EVERYONE was amazed. There was so much space through the house, the living room, dining area, bedrooms, etc - and then the outside... WOW! The pool was perfect, the hot tub was great, the pickleball court WITH LIGHTS?!? We had so much fun and capped our weekend off with a bonfire and some bbq. There were a couple of pretty minor issues that popped up during our 4 day stay but Ladd was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have an incredible time. Ledd couldn’t be better to deal with. Extremely fast responses. I booked this for our Sales Team at work since we were visiting the area for a sales blitz. Amenities were great. Comfortable stay.
