Check in was easy. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, serving and entertaining. The living room is open to the kitchen area with plenty of seating and a large TV with lots of channels to choose from. The beds were very clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms were also very clean. We also enjoyed the back deck in the mornings and the large yard. There are lots of local restaurants and shopping and some medical. Lots of areas to swim and fish as well. We really enjoyed our whole experience during our stay and definitely recommend this one. However there were a few things that could be better. There was no ac which made for very uncomfortable days and nights when it got warm. The second floor was sauna like. When we arrived the lawn had not been mowed in some time and was finally a week after we arrived . The backyard is peaceful however the old unsightly chicken coop could be removed. There also was a minor ant issue in the kitchen area. Not infested but a few crawling around. The water pressure seemed low, and the water in toilets was yellow- brown in color- not very appealing. The water in faucets was clear. With some attention this place could totally shine.
