We provide bikes, towels, and beach equipment. The house is also just 5 minutes to Mercato (shops, dining, bars, nightlife, cinema, coffee shop) as well as numerous grocery stores and restaurants. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home with a comfortable & coastal beach feel. The house has all furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. and is fully equipped for cooking and relaxing! The house is bright and open with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space. Ideally located in North Naples, we are just a 5 minute bike ride to top rated restaurants or to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach (one of Travel Channels top 10 Florida Beaches!) You can walk or bike ride to anywhere you want to be! This is best location you could ask for! We provide our guests with Bikes, gas for the grill, and a heated pool, all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Naples is about living outdoors, and the private screened in pool area makes it so easy to do so! There is a gas grill for afternoon BBQ'ing, dining table, lounge chairs, & outdoor slate tile shower, all surrounding the waterfall style pool. There is also an additional full pool bathroom with a private shower for convenience. Relax and listen to the trickling sounds of the pool waterfall while soaking up sun and sipping on a cocktail-it doesn't get any better than this! The pool is screened in so there are no bugs to bother you. The backyard and pool are fully fenced in and nestled by tropical foliage and palm trees to ensure privacy. This is Naples living! Within the house, there are 3 bedrooms, all separated for additional privacy. The home has been decorated with an eclectic coastal style that invites you to kick back, relax, and enjoy the Neapolitan beach lifestyle. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, high quality cookware, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, etc. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with only the best and finest making "staying in" a relaxing and enjoyable option to going out to eat. Plus, locating a grocery store easy as there are 5 to choose from all within 1-2 miles of the house. Whole Foods Market grocery is just a 3 minute ride away. If the weather is beautiful, why not walk or bike with the provided beach cruisers? All 3 bedrooms, have quality designer furnishings and linens as well as pillow top mattresses. The master has sliding doors leading out to the private pool, as well as a walk in closet and spa-like en-suite, with a soaking Jacuzzi Tub, glass shower and dual sinks, as well as a King size bed. Tile and hand scraped hardwood floors are throughout the house, great for those with allergies. There is a queen size bed in the front bedroom, and a King size bed with its own ensuite bath in the 2nd bedroom. All of the bedrooms have nice mattresses, comfortable bedding, and spacious closet's. Go sit by the pool and enjoy your breakfast at the dining table, or read a book while catching some sun. There is also a wonderful outdoor shower as well as a separate pool bathroom so you don't have to worry about tracking inside while you're outside enjoying the pool. Furnished with great taste combining new furniture and some antique pieces. Fully equipped. kitchen. The waterfall in the pool was relaxing to watch and listen to. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, very nicely decorated newer home in a very convenient location (two beaches and Whole Foods). Once we arrived communication was good. Any concerns were responded to quickly. Unless you have a cell phone (I don't) communication was spotty. Text was quick, email wasn't. We used my wife's cell phone. It meant an extra step each time. There was a mix up initially (completely my fault) regarding the washer and dryer. I am sure the story has been told many times now, so, you are welcome!! fyi...our machines are reversed at home. ##### Brian F. House and pool area was clean and the pool is heated which is really nice. Property manager was quick to respond to messages. If you choose to stay here take a 1 1/2 block walk to the North Naples Country Club for drinks, food (dry rub wings) and live music. Location cannot be beat! ##### David C P. Pool is a nice feature with controllable temperature. The children loved it and would have lived in the pool had we let them. Nice for the adults, too. The screened enclosure was bug-free. Open architecture main living space meant plenty of opportunity for everyone to mix and talk. The dining room table was grand and easily sat 8...could have put 10 there. Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice location, close to two public beaches. We never had any trouble in accessing the beaches. While the families usually drove to the beach, you could certainly ride your bike, and many bikes were provided with the rental. Publix grocery store, Walgreen's and Walmart were each about 1/2 mile away. Very convenient. The owner was accessible and responsive but not overbearing. Perfect. There were almost no negatives, and none of them were serious...a couple of burned out ceiling light bulbs, an empty propane tank (easily resolved), and the electric garage door was working, but needed servicing (lubricating the rails). Basically trivial items that in no way detracted from the good experience. I would rent this home again. ##### Mike H. It was located VERY close to 2 amazing beaches, Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins. And it was close to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, the Naples Zoo, and shopping. The house itself was FANTASTIC! More than enough space for our 6 person family. Everything was clean (spotless!!) and looked new. The decor was lovely and tasteful. The kitchen was well-equipped. We swam everyday in the heated pool and ate poolside sometimes too. There were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas too. In addition, the owner Allison (and her dad) were super helpful and prompt in replying to the few questions we had. They left a state park pass so we were able to get into Delnor-Wiggins for free, and left us some sweet treats and bottle of wine to welcome us. I cannot say enough about their hospitality!
