The Space: Upon arriving at this residential and safe neighborhood, you may first notice the well-maintained lawn and the bright blue door and window. You can take a deep breath now—you're here. Inside, you'll see the clean and calm setup; a comfortable sectional to unwind in front of the 65" TV with a Roku stick, a galley kitchen equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation, and a sleek dining table for six. Make a smoothie for breakfast, chef it up with stainless steel appliances for dinner, and make a bag of popcorn for a midnight snack. From here, peek out to the private pool perfect for hot Florida weather and sunbathing with a book on the patio chairs. Lunch by the pool? Enjoy it at the patio table with an overhead fan and six chairs for the whole group! Before you jump in, check out the bedrooms. Throw your luggage down in the master suite and call dibs! You'll have access to the patio just a few steps from the king-sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding. This bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and spa-like bathtub for nights in. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on. This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing. Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Newman Hospitality. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm.
