"Overall the room was pretty good. The pool area was nice but pool towels were never stocked. In the kitchen there were few dishes, no cups or utensils. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. When staying for several days there is no turn down service or restocking of towels or toilet paper so you need to request that in the lobby. The area is quiet. Im not sure if this is a florida thing but the bath water was yellow tinted so make sure to emget bottled water. "

"Fairways Inn of Naples was really nice! Room was large, clean, and comfortable with all bathing necessities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, shower gel, makeup removal wipes). Front office offered coffee, bottled water, and bagged cookies. Vending machines on site as well. Nice continental breakfast was included. Pool was clean and refreshing. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend!!"

"My stay was great. The room was clean and, until my check-out, all the staff were super friendly and polite. On the morning of my check-out, the man at the counter was so rude. He was on the computer so I waited quietly, he then looked up and asked if he could help me, I answered yes I’m checking out. He stared me down looking quite angry until finally he snapped, what room number, we have a lot of guests here. his tone was sarcastic and condescending. I pointed out that he was being rude. He said “you’re all set, take some pens take a bunch of them.” really he should’ve apologized , and I would’ve accepted that . I’m glad this happened when I checked out, and I didn’t encounter it at the beginning of my stay. I visit the area often, but I won’t be staying there again because of that interaction."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! Great staff, Clean all around, nice breakfast, bar and pool were lots of fun with good music and games. Fire pits were a big hit. Also had an amazing staff - incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the night check in desk. We had to check in late due to flight and the lady at the desk was so welcoming and informative. Her hospitality continued to give comfort duration our entire stay. "

"Our room and the property were clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, with easy parking and a view of the pool. It could be said that the room was a bit dated, but with a few small improvements it would be excellent. In particular the shower area was functional, but needed updating. Breakfast around the pool was good and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach."
