Gulf front unit on the 6th floor offering breathtaking views of the beach! The layout of this unit is such that the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom are all facing the ocean and have sliding glass doors to the balcony. Completely remodeled unit with new kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors, all new appliances, new AC unit, HD Smart televisions and WIFI in the unit. Close to many dining choices, breakfast, lunch and dinner is just a short walk away. \*\*\*FEES: Please note, the building management now requires a $100 registration fee paid directly to them upon check-in. This fee is not included in your quote and cannot be paid to owner and transferred to building management. Please note, this fee is subject to change between the booking and arrival time. Guests are responsible for the full registration fee. \*\*\* Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. The unit is nicely updated, well furnished, and does have a wonderful view of the entire crescent beach at Marco Island. This would have been a five star rating except for the fact that there was a scheduling issue at the beginning of our stay (the cleaning company was not aware that our party was moving in on Saturday and did not clean the until the next morning). In the mean time, we were forced to strip the beds and wash the bedding that first night of our stay. The owner was very apologetic and allowed us a credit for our time and effort. During this minor setback, we found the location manager (Tim) and the rental manager (Sean) to be extremely helpful. That being said, we would definitely rent this unit in the future! ##### Bruce R.
