Beautifully decorated with a coastal Style! This condo is located in close to beaches, town and restaurants. The condo is in The Cottages of Naples Bay Resort which allows you to enjoy world class Naples Bay Club Amenities. Included in this unit, is your registration and daily resort fee, other's may not do this. This unit is a premium unit with higher quality design, furnishings and finishes than others. Unit I-205 is fully equipped and spacious, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and screened in balcony. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with a queen size luxury inflatable mattress in case you have extra guest. Naples Bay Resort has a lazy river, adult only pool, large family pool with a waterfall and hot tub. There is poolside bar and dining, state of the art fitness center, full spa service, tennis and Marina offering boat rentals. So much fun!

Great visit

A very needed break after some health issues. Friends visited us for a few days and very comfortable for 4. Well appointed and well equipped kitchen. Beautifully landscaped complex and high end decor. Only disappointed was our mistake to think it was nearer the harbor given the name on the contract. Royal Harbor. We were right beside the entrance gate which was squeaky and very busy. Oh and pool area was beautiful and dining very special.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing cottage at Naples Bay Resort! Nancy, the owner was amazing making sure we had everything that we needed for our stay. The cottage is beautiful and just so comfortable. Recommend for anyone who wants a perfect getaway at Naples Bay Resort.

Quiet location, lots of amenities

Unit was exactly as pictured and described in listing. Unit overlooked front gate, but did not have any noise from traffic or gate. Pool, health club, on site restaurant. Owners even supplied mini shampoo and conditioner. Also provided bathrobes (nice touch). Owners very responsive when contacted. A vacuum in unit would have made cleaning easier. They did have a dust buster. If you enjoy walking, it’s about a 10 minute walk to Tin City, 15 to 5th Ave.
