I love to cook but there was not a lot of serving utensils and dishes and just a few pots and pans but I was able to make do with what was there. Overall it was a great stay and just what we needed. Could use some new patio furniture. I understand its rentable to dogs so they don’t want the finest. The house was clean enough but not behind furniture or top of appliances. A nice basket was there on our arrival with goodies and wine. Negative: lots of traffic and no place to walk except sidewalk on relatively busy street or in the street on side street. We had a good time and we were able to bring our dog. A few minor adjustments . The neighborhood is obviously in transition. Lots of tear downs with new builds and some unkempt houses. Plenty to do beach close by and great restaurants. We spent 4 weeks in the house for February and had our adult children and friends visit. All enjoyed their stay!!
